we're so indecisive!

This decision seems to be sticking, though.

We're not going on a European tour. Instead, we're going on a Canada and US tour on our bikes. And that's coming up pretty soon.

And when I say 'our bikes', I mean his bike, plus another bike yet to be determined. I'm selling the Speed Four and am looking for a sport-tourer.

Anyone in the market for a speedy little green bike?

Hell project is almost ready for its final implementation, woot! I'm about burned out on this thing.

All five cats are getting along pretty good these days, there is only a screaming fight once or twice a week now. My favorite part of 'owning' five cats and a man (ha ha) is when he does 'kitty treat time', and has four cats arrayed around him in a semicircle, each on their hind legs, taking treats from his hand. (The fifth cat, being old, and possibly deaf and senile, doesn't really understand 'kitty treat time' and has to have treats delivered to her.)

The boy spent a week with us in Florida, and is about to spend a week with his dad in Montana. Lucky kid.

We will be coming up the east coast, but we'll be hauling ass straight to Niagara in order to do the deed, so I'm just not sure what the itinerary on that leg will be.

I'm seeking an R1100GS or R1150GS. A Tiger or a VStrom is a thought if I can't find an 11xxGS I can stand, but we'd like to be able to use the same set of tools and such for both our bikes, so both of us being on BMW boxers would be a good thing.

Calgary is a possibility, because the general thought is to go west through Canada for over a week, then drop down and head east through the US.
